Wareham Free Library to offer virtual programs for July

Jun 29, 2020

The Wareham Free Library will offer two new virtual programs starting in July.

On Thursday, July 9, at 1 p.m., the library will host an online meeting of the Wareham Free Library Literary Society. This new virtual program will allow others to talk about books they have read in the last month. Those interested in attending, or speaking at this program can register at  https://bit.ly/2N0o8S7

The library will also offer a classic book club to be held virtually. The club will start off the summer with a discussion of Treasure Island by Robert Louis Stevenson on Thursday, July 30 at 1 p.m., before moving on to other classic works. Patrons may check this book out virtually on Libby/Overdrive at https://bit.ly/2YdYy2A and register for the event at https://bit.ly/3dcREyA.

For more information about either of these programs,  contact Steven Miller, Reference/Outreach Librarian at 508-295-2343 x1012 or smiller@sailsinc.org.
