Join Cape Cod Canal Natural Resource Specialist John Pribilla at the Old Methodist Meeting House on Saturday Nov. 14, 10 am – noon, for a talk on invasive species, how they affect all of us and how to tell if a plant or animal is native, non-native or invasive and why it matters. 

Discover defining characteristics of invasive species (both plants & animals) and just how enormous their environmental, financial and aesthetic impacts can be. Come and learn how you can help curb the spread of invasive species and where to find resources for more information. 

This free program  will include some hands-on specimens and a Power Point slide show. Refreshments will be served.

 The Old Methodist Meeting House is located at 495 Main St. Wareham.
