The Wareham Middle School PTA will present the Rachel's Challenge program to students and the community on Wednesday, October 23.

Rachel's Challenge is designed to equip and inspire individuals to replace acts of violence, bullying, and negativity with acts of respect, kindness, and compassion.

The program is based on the life and writings of Rachel Joy Scott, who was the first victim of the Columbine High School shootings in 1999.

Students will view the presentation during their school day. The community is invited to an adult-oriented presentation at 6:30 p.m. that evening at Wareham High School.
