Wareham police arrested three Wareham residents on January 15 in connection with a theft of auto parts from Robertson's Auto Salvage.

Aluminum automobile rims valued at $2,300, and $2,000 worth of stereo equipment were reported stolen on January 14. Detectives recovered the property from a scrap yard in Westport.

Steven Foss, 28, of Wareham Lake Shore Drive, Frank A. Sylvester, 40, of Plymouth Avenue, and Troy Jones, 30, of Benjamin Street were each charged with receiving stolen property over $250 dollars.

Foss was also charged with possession of "a small amount of illegal drugs," according to the police.

All of the stolen items were returned to the business owners.
