Wareham’s Marines and Fleet Marine Force can gather at the Greater New Bedford Marine Corps League.
The league invites these servicemen and servicewomen to attend an informational session about the Marine Corps League. Here, one can learn about opportunities, accomplishments and benefits of your local detachment.
All Marines and Fleet Marine Force Corpsmen are invited to the Poirier Post VFW at the corner of Appleton Street and Ashley Boulevard -- near New Bedford vocational high school -- on Thursday, Feb. 13th, from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Refreshments will be served.
The Greater New Bedford Marine Corps League serves the communities of New Bedford, Dartmouth, Fairhaven, Mattapoisett, Marion, Wareham, Freetown, Lakeville, Acushnet and Rochester.
