A water main has broken at the intersection of Main Avenue and Cranberry Highway, near where crews are working on the ongoing Cranberry Highway reconstruction project. 

Many Onset residents are reporting low water pressure, and Onset Fire is asking people to stay away from the area if possible.

It is unclear whether the break, which Onset Fire described as being “major,” was caused by highway construction crews.
