What’s on your ballot? A Town Election primer

Voters will head to the polls on Tuesday, May 7 to select candidates for two Select Board seats, candidates for two School Committee seats and whether to ratify changes to the Town Charter, along with deciding a number of additional races. 

One three-year and one two-year seat on the Select Board is open. Also on the ballot will be seats on the School Committee, Sewer Commission, Board of Assessors and the Housing Authority and the Deputy Moderator position.

The election will take place on Tuesday, May 7. Polls will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Precincts One and Six will vote at Memorial Hall, 54 Marion road. Precincts Two and Three will vote at Ethel E. Hammond School, 13 Highland Avenue, Onset. Precincts Four and Five will vote at Redman Hall, 845 Main Street, West Wareham.
