Winter sports registration information and instructions for middle and high school

High School athletes will be assessed the following user fees:
- Cheerleading, Golf and Tennis: $100
- Baseball, Basketball, Field Hockey, Soccer, Softball, Spring Track, Volleyball and Winter Track: $125
- Football: $150
- Ice Hockey: $250
The total cost for a family is $500.
Athletic User Fees Collection and Payment Information
- The fee will be paid by seasons and must be paid prior to the first scheduled game for that particular team. An athlete who has not paid the user fee will not be allowed to participate.
- The user fee will be non-refundable should an athlete fail to complete the season once the first scheduled scrimmage or game has taken place.
- Payment of the user fee does not guarantee playing time.
- Families with students in both the High School and Middle School shall be assessed a maximum of $500.
- Families experiencing hardship in payment of athletic user fees should meet with the Athletic Director. All waiver requests will be reviewed on an individual case once required documentation is submitted.
Athletics Registration Process
- Go to www.warehamps.org
- Click on Schools at the top of the page and choose Wareham High School.
- Click on Athletics under WHS Links on the left of the page.
- Choose Athletic Registration on the right.
- You will be redirected to the school website linked to WHS.
- Step One: Without current physicals, students will not be eligible to participate. Either submit your physical on line OR hand it to the Athletic Director.
- Step Two: Fill out the online registration forms.
- Step Three: Click on Pay your user fees. (Fees are to be paid online. If this is not possible, contact the Athletic Director.)
- You will be brought to a page with two tabs: e-Store and View My Account. You must create and account in e-Store first. Click on e-Store and complete all pertinent information. Have a valid MasterCard or Visa ready.
- After creating your e-Store, begin Step Three again. Click on Pay your user fees.
- Scroll down the page and select 2015-2016 Athletic User Fees. (Highlighted in blue.)
- Scroll down again and select Athletic User Fees. (Highlighted in blue.)
- You will see a welcome message with the account information you entered. On this page you will also see a drop down box to select he sport your child is registering for. Add your child’s name and select the sport. Click Add to Shopping Cart.
- You may continue adding children and sports. Once you are done, you may click Pay.
