Womenade of Wareham will hold a Holiday Open House from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 8 at the Box Mill Hall, located across from the Tihonet Village Market.

The event will be hosted by Tihonet Village Market and the A.D. Makepeace Company. Admission to the Holiday Open House is free with any donation, but a suggested contribution is $25.

All of the money raised will benefit Womenade, a local charity formed by seven Wareham and Onset women to help area families who many not be eligible for traditional aid. Womenade has helped with everything from eyeglasses to driving lessons to housing needs to student assistance.
