On Saturday, June 4, the Gleason Family YMCA is sponsoring its 4th Annual Electronics Collection and Paper Shred Day.
For a small fee, the public can responsibly dispose of old computers, air conditioners, microwaves, small appliances, TV’s and paper. Trucks from PC Trading LTD, Kingston, and Shred King, Rockland and will be parked at the Gleason Family YMCA from 9:00am until 12:00 noon.
The fee for electronics, air conditioners, small appliances and microwaves is $5, and TV’s is $15. The charge for the paper shredding is $5 per box (up to 30 pounds each). Participants are welcome to watch the destruction of their boxes of paper.
