Doves will fill the skies over Onset Beach on Memorial Day weekend.

The Onset Bay Association will be releasing freedom doves on Saturday, May 23 at 2 p.m. to create "a beautiful skyscape floating over Onset Harbor."

The name of a loved one can be attached to a dove. Doves can be purchased in advance at local shops or at the Onset Pier from noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 23 with a donations from $15 of $100.

All proceeds will go to the 2015 Fireworks Fund. The rain date is Sunday, May 24 on Onset Beach at 2 p.m.
