National recording artist Jillian Jensen is bringing her unique blend of country and folk music to Buzzards Play Productions for a concert on June 26.

A native of Rochester, Jensen began singing, writing and composing music at eight years old. She sprung onto the national scene in 2012 with an appearance on the singing competition show "The X-Factor" and then again on "American Idol" in 2014.

Jensen has produced two albums of original songs and has written and composed over 100 songs. She has brought her singing talent to her campaign against bullying and has appeared at schools across New England.

This will be Jensen's third appearance at Buzzards Play Productions, which presents itself as music venue under the name 3065 Live.

The concert, at 3065 Cranberry Highway will begin at 8 p.m. Tickets are $15.00 online at brownpapertickets.com or $20 at the door.
