To the Editor:

The Friends of the Wareham Free Library, Inc., want to thank of the Wareham Community for their help in making 2015 a successful fund raising year for our beloved Wareham Free Library. You not only gave us your used books, you then came to the used book sales and purchased more. The Yellow Rubber Duck Race was wonderful and so much fun that we will be doing it again this year on Sunday, May 22 at Tihonet Village.

The Holiday Fair was also a fun event and I hope that those who purchased the tasty cookies enjoyed them. The folks of Wareham joined together and gave our library the gift of books during the holidays. Thanks to all of you, the Friends raised $1,365.15 for the purchase of books on the library staffs’ gift book list. It needs to be said again, Wareham is a wonderful generous community. Thank you.
