The Town of Wareham has received funding to administer a septic system repair program. This program referred to as a Betterment Loan Program, will enable our community to provide financial assistance to eligible homeowners who have a failed system.

Through this program, engineering and general construction costs associated with connection to an existing sewer main, or replacement or upgrade of a failed septic system can be provided as a low interest loan, to the homeowner. The loan betterment will be paid back to the Town of Wareham along with payment of your real estate tax bill.
