Patricia A. Moore, 59, of Brockton, formerly of Stoughton, died March 23 at Brockton Health Center.

Born and raised in Stoughton, she was the daughter of Patricia Mann of Brockton and the late Wyman Mann. She moved to Wareham 15 years ago. Patricia was a certified nurse’s aide at several Brockton area nursing homes, was a bus driver for Park Transportation in Avon and as an overnight stocker for Wal-Mart.

Survivors include her daughter, Melanie Thompson of Maryland; her son, Patrick J. Moore of Plymouth; her mother, Patricia Mann of Brockton; her grandchildren, Emma and Patricia Moore, Ryan Hanscome, Cheyenne and Kierra Thompson and Cevin Thompson; her sisters, Janice Horgan of Abington and Lee Hudson of New Hampshire; her brothers, Joseph Mann of Manchester, New Hampshire, Wyman Mann of Laconia, New Hampshire and William Mann of Abington. She is also survived by her dear friends, Laura Faria, Cathy Kelley, Mary Thompson and Jennie McLaughlin, along with her nurse, Marybeth Vargas.

Funeral services and burial will be private.
