Theresa K. “Terri” McIntosh, 56, of Onset died Sept. 3.

She was born in Shelbyville, Indiana on Oct. 19, 1960 and was raised in Duxbury. She attended Duxbury Elementary Schools, a graduate of Thayer Academy, Braintree and attended the University of Rhode Island.

Terri had a successful career in the real estate and home mortgage business.

While living in Kingston, she was a member of the Recreation Committee.

She is survived by two sons, Morgan Standley of Colorado and Reed Standley of Mansfield; her parents, Davis and Myra McIntosh of Onset; three sisters, Lisa Sampson of Plymouth, Jane Hyland of Onset and Amy Shoulla, of Carver; eight nieces and nephews.

Her graveside service will be held at a later date.
