Don't miss "The _urloined Letter," a film-noir spoof that will leave you laughing in your seats. It's time for this year's dramatic production to benefit the Wareham Library Foundation and tickets are going fast, so don't miss out.

The evening takes place at Redmen Hall, 758 Main St. on Friday, October 20th at 7:00 pm with appetizers, desserts and a cash bar. Then at 7:30, the curtain rises. (Well, there really isn't a curtain, but it's a spoof, so you get the gist!)

Trouble Maecker, a.k.a. Mary Bruce, portrays the beautiful nightclub singer who has been robbed! Without the letter "P" she can't sing. Rest assured, ace detective Nick Bullitt, a.k.a. Peter Teitelbaum, is on the case! The star studded cast also includes Garry Buckminster, Queen Banda, Jackson Gillman, Nicole Calvin, Michael Carlozzi and Marcia Hickey.

Tickets are $25 and may be purchased at the Main Library, the Spinney Branch Library, at The Gallery Consignment Shoppe, and from the actors.

More to come on the great silent auction items!
