A look back at 2017 in photographs

Dec 26, 2017

With 2018 fast approaching, Wareham Week took a look in the archives to find some memorable photographs from this past year.

A lot happened, including a four-day visit from the Moving Wall, a transportable replica of the Washington D.C. memorial, and a school threat that nearly brought the town to a standstill when hundreds of law enforcement officers were deployed.

Everyday moments were captured as well, such as a day of summer fun at Decas Elementary School and the return of A.D. Makepeace’s cranberry festival.

See below for some of the more colorful and newsworthy photos from this past year.
