The Cape Cod Canal Region Chamber of Commerce presents comedian Loretta LaRoche, “Stress Less with Humor and Optimism” on March 22 at 7:30 p.m. at Marriott’s TownePlace Suites, 50 Rosebrook Place, Wareham.

Internationally acclaimed stress expert LaRoche will teach the audience how to shift from pessimistic thoughts that create feelings of failure and rejection to those that are more optimistic.

LaRoche has sold out venues across the country with her one woman show. She has toured with Power Within sharing the stage with Arianna Huffington, former President Bill Clinton, Ellen DeGeneres, Tony Robbins and many other influencers.

LaRoche is a TV personality on PBS with seven one-woman television specials airing on 80 PBS stations across the country.

She has been nominated for local and prime time Emmy Awards, and has appeared on CNN, ABC, NBC and FOX affiliates.
