Thanks to a mini-grant from the New Bedford United Way, Wareham's Council on Aging is offering Free Canal Cruises for Seniors.  The event is sponsored by the Wareham Advocates for Seniors.

There are two dates to choose from: July 17 and August 21. The Viking departs from Onset Pier at 10 am. Seniors will have their choice of the July or August cruise when they pick up their claim tickets at the COA office. Seating is limited.

Tickets will be available at the Council on Aging Office beginning July 2. This will be the claim ticket. A representative from the Advocates for Wareham Seniors will be at the Pier to exhcnage the claim ticket for a boarding pass for the cruise. Please arrive at the pier 1/2 hour before the cruise.
