A fish fry fundraiser to benefit cancer research will be held at the Dudley L. Brown Veterans of Foreign Wars Post in Onset on Friday, Sept. 28.

The event will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tickets cost $10 per plate and includes fish, french fries, jag and coleslaw. Proceeds will benefit the Breast Friends 4Life team, which will participate in the Making Strides Cancer Walk in Boston.
