Kristina M. (Govoni) Coughlin, 50, of Wareham, died Dec. 2, 2020, unexpectedly at home. She was the loving wife of Robert V. Coughlin, Jr. for 23 years.

She was born in Wareham, where she lived all of her life. She graduated from Wareham High School in 1988 and later from Kinyon Campbell Business School in New Bedford.

Mrs. Coughlin loved working as a special needs paraprofessional for the Wareham School Department for the past 23 years. She was a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd. She was a kind and caring person, who was always doing things for others. She loved the ocean, cooking and was a fan of the New England Patriots.

Survivors include her husband, Robert V. Coughlin, Jr, their daughter Mckenzie K. Coughlin and son Robert V. Coughlin III all of Wareham. Her parents, Judy Govoni of Wareham, and Richard Govoni and his wife Lisa of Rochester, a brother Richard L. Govoni and his wife Laurence of Londonderry NH; her nephews and nieces Sebastien, Michelle, David, Nicole, Laeann, Michael and Mason; two special little people, Carter and Milah, and many loving aunts, uncles and family members who will miss her.

The service will be private, and a celebration of Kristina’s life will be held at a later date.
