Lucia M. (Lenoci) Galavotti, 84, of Wareham, died Dec. 13, at Sippican Healthcare Center in Marion. She was the wife of the late Herman C. Galavotti.

Born in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Gaetano & Lucy (Cifello) Lenoci. She was a homemaker and a gourmet cook who was deeply devoted to her family.

Survivors include her daughter, Lucyann Dias and her husband Bernard; her grandchildren, Marcia and Joseph Galavotti, Maria Pierson and her husband Curtis, and Miles Dias; her great-granddaughter, Julia Lucia Pierson; her daughter in-law, Nancy Galavotti; her niece, Jennifer Lenoci, and her cousin, Lucia Pins. She was predeceased by her son, James M. Galavotti and her brother, Emmanual Lenoci.

A celebration of her life will be held at the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Highway (Rt. 28), Wareham on Tues., Dec. 18, 2012 at 6:00 PM. Relatives and friends may visit on Tuesday from 4 to 6 p.m., prior to the service.
