Candlelight vigil to be held for Amy Nadolny
A candlelight vigil for Amy Nadolny will be held at the South Middleboro school house at 546 Wareham Street in Middleboro Saturday, Oct. 4 at 6:30 p.m.
Nadolny, 41, of Middleboro was found in a wooded area near the train tracks behind Dunkin Donuts and CVS Pharmacy at 419 Main Street around 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 19 according to the Plymouth County District Attorney’s office.
Nearly two weeks since Nadolny was found, officials are yet to release the circumstances of her death. Repeated contact with the Plymouth County District Attorney’s office and the Chief Medical Examiner’s Office has only revealed the investigation is still ongoing and no information can be released at this time. Both Wareham and Middleboro Police Departments refer all inquiries to the district attorney.
Nadolny was last seen and heard from near Narrow's Crossing Restaurant at 1 Narrows Road in Wareham, Sunday, Sept. 7. No cause of death or time of death has been released.
A lifelong Middleboro resident, according to her mother, Patricia Nadolny, she was last heard from calling for a ride home late in the morning or early afternoon.
