Conway on the Bay honored with company awards

Jack Conway Realtor's Conway on the Bay office took home a number of awards at the company's 28th annual convention and awards ceremony in Boston last week.

Lauren Cardin, manager of the Onset office, took home top honors as Conway's 2014 Manager of the Year and Agent Julie Johnson was named Top Seller and Lister. New associate Linda Glennon won the Rising Star Award, and colleague Patricia Martin was admitted to the President's Circle of Success.

“Lauren has found the winning formula, and her office proves it every day,” said Conway CEO and President Carol Bulman. “She is an outstanding recruiter, leader and mentor who remains focused on being the best. Congratulations to Lauren Cardin, our 2014 Manager of the Year."

Cardin was quick to attribute her win to her Conway on the Bay sales team.

"It's the agents in the field who make any manager look good," she said. "They are out there on holidays, during storms and at every time of day or night making deals happen, and I am so proud of each and every one of them."
