Edward D. Neal, 70
Edward D. Neal, 70, of East Wareham, died March 17. He was the husband of the late Arlene (Cash) Neal and the son of the late Ernest and Patricia (Boynton) Neal.
He was born in Wareham and proudly lived in East Wareham all of his life.
He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
Mr. Neal worked as a sheet metal worker for Capeway Plumbing and Heating for many years before retiring.
He was a life member and very active member of the Wareham Lodge of Elks #1548. He was a founding member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Buzzards Bay.
He enjoyed golfing, fishing, and hunting. He was an avid outdoorsman.
Survivors include 4 sons, Raymond Neal, Edward Neal, Ernest Neal and his girlfriend, Lisa Lial all of Wareham and Albert Neal of Sagamore; a brother, Albert Neal of MD; 9 granddchildren; 6 great grandchildren. He was the father of the late Sherman Neal.
His funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, March 23, 2012 at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
