Mattos, Lopes and Amado are charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute and possession of heroin. Silvia was charged with a misdemeanor for being in the presence of where heroin is kept.
According to Mulligan, Lopes had six outstanding misdemeanor warrants while Mattos had an outstanding traffic warrant.
