Games will be held regularly throughout the summer, between two to three times each week until the beginning of August. Aside from ballgames, there are other opportunities to join the Gatemen in baseball action this summer.
Players and coaches from the Gatemen team run summer baseball clinics for children ages six to 17. The team runs five four-day clinic sessions this summer. The clinic costs $95 per week for its fundamentals of baseball group for athletes ages six to 10. The advanced skills group for those 10 and older costs $145 per week.
The Gatemen offer scholarships for those in need of financial assistance. Parents can apply by writing to the Gatemen organization, according to the clinic website.
