Listen to Nashville country music at the library

Nashville-based country music artist Sarah Martin will be performing at the lawn of the Wareham Free Library on Monday, July 13 at 7 p.m.

Martin, who is originally from Lakeville, is a performer who is "dedicated to leaving the world better than she found it," according to concert organizers. 

According to Martin's website, she has received numerous awards recognizing her music, including winning the grand prize of the Global Rising Song competition, Pro Country's Female Artist of the Year award and a nomination for Country Artist of the Year by the New England Music Awards. Martin's music is available on streaming services like Spotify and Amazon Music. 

Residents are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket, bug spray and a picnic snack. A donation to Damien's Food Pantry is admission to the show.
