Mabel T. Lutoff, 95
Mabel T. (Zion) Lutoff, 95, of Wareham, died May 31, in Tobey Hospital. She was the widow of the late Thomas J. Lutoff and the daughter of the late John and Rose (Mitchell) Zion.
She was born in Wareham and lived there all of her life. Mrs. Lutoff was a communicant of St. Patrick’s Church.
Mrs. Lutoff loved her family. She enjoyed cooking and baking her famous blueberry muffins.
Survivors include her son, Robert Lutoff of Fla.; 5 daughters, Janice Bentley of Methuen, Pearl Isner of Ohio, Arlene Goldstein of Wareham, Geraldine Jones of N.Y., and Sonia Strawn of Wareham; 2 sisters, Ruby Zine and Ethelyn DeGrenier both of Wareham; 16 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by 10 brothers and sisters.
Her funeral will be held at 9 a.m. on Monday, June 3, 2013 from the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Hwy., Wareham, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Patrick’s Church, 82 High St., Wareham. Burial will follow in St. Patrick’s Cemetery.
Visiting hours are from 4 to 8 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
