The Bentley Companies, a Rhode Island-based developer in the process of becoming the master developer for the Tremont Nail Factory, will be hosting two public meetings this week to introduce the company and its concept for the factory’s redevelopment.

In 2018, the town adopted a vision plan for the site that included residential, cultural, and commercial uses. The town needs a master developer to bring that vision to bear. The Select Board manages the property, and the Redevelopment Authority has been guiding the process.

Both meetings will have the same agenda.

The first meeting will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in Room 320 in the Multiservice Center at 48 Marion Rd. on Wednesday, Nov. 3.

The second will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 6, in the Freight Building at the Tremont Nail Factory, 8 Elm St.
