Cyclists whizzed through town on Saturday for the Pan-Mass Challenge, an annual cycling event and fundraiser for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
Those participating in two-day rides were nearing the end of their ride in the early afternoon as they passed through Onset, as the first leg of the ride ends at Mass Maritime, just over the border in Buzzards Bay.
Cyclists were cheered on and serenaded with cowbells by families along the sides of the route, some of whom had made signs to encourage the weary riders.
