Stories from sailing 700 miles

Take a virtual trip up the coast to Bar Harbor at Wareham Public Library on Wednesday, July 15 at 6:30 p.m. 

In her program, Seen by Sea, an Appreciation of the New England Coast, author Alison O'Leary will describe sailing 700 miles in a small boat from Providence, R.I. to Bar Harbor, Maine, including historical tidbits of ports along the way, opportunities to explore, and a shark attack on her boat.

The program is free and registration is not required.
