Town offers internship for high school students

For high school students looking to learn about how to make an impact in their community, the Wareham Redevelopment Authority is looking for students to apply to their internship program.
The internship gives participants experience in municipal planning, economic development, marketing, outreach, and project management while working under Director of Planning and Economic Development Ken Buckland.
An intern would be paid a $2,000 stipend for working 10-hours-per-week for 10 weeks. An intern wishing to work 20-hours-per-week for 20 weeks would be paid a $4,000 stipend.
