They did it again.  For the fourth straight year, the Wareham Vikings boys basketball team has clinched the South Coast Conference championship.  They did it with an impressive win, a 115-67 blowout at Seekonk on Tuesday night.   Led by Jules Tavares' 32 points, Pat Murphy's 20 and Jordan Rezendes' 14, the Vikings rolled over the Warriors and improved their record to 12-0 in the SCC and 16-2 overall.

Their winning streak continued on Friday night at home against Dighton-Rehoboth.  Even playing without Tavares, the Vikings had little problem beating the Falcons.  In a fan-filled gymnasium, the Vikings boys held the Falcons to just 12 points in the first half and 36 for the game in a 81-36 victory.  Ryan Pina led the team with 18 points,  Rezendes scored 16 and Murphy added 13 of his own to seal the win.
