Walk across town to help the homeless

The Wareham Area Clergy Association is sponsoring a five-mile walk in support of Turning Point on Sunday, May 21 at 1 p.m., rain or shine.
The walk will begin and end at the Church of the Good Shepherd, 74 High St.
Walkers can register from 12 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. on the day of the walk.
Those who wish to walk are asked to collect donations to Turning Point beforehand. All donations, and the names of the donors, should be written on a donation sheet which is available on the Church of the Good Shepherd website. The sheet, along with the donations, should be handed in at registration. All checks should be made out to Turning Point. Donations are tax deductible.
Snacks and water will be available for all walkers.
