The Wareham High School Band and Choir, under the direction of Music Director James Shetler, will present their annual Winter Concert at 7 p.m. on December 15 in the Wareham High School Auditorium. The concert will feature works by Eric Whitacre, J.S. Bach and V.J. Singh, among others, as well as a host of festive seasonal music.

This year Saryn Burden, of Hingham, will accompany the choir on piano. Burden has previously performed with the Eastern Nazarene College's A Capella Choir and is the church pianist at St. Paul's Church of the Nazarene in Duxbury.

This fall the band earned a bronze medal from the New England Scholastic Band Association for it's field show featuring music from "The Lion King."
