A Wareham man was charged with drug trafficking after he was caught with 530 bags of heroin and a bag of unpackaged heroin on Saturday, according to the State Police.
Keith M. Boucher, 36, of Wareham, and Jonathan B. Rose, 20, of Monument Beach in Bourne, were arrested and charged with trafficking in heroin and conspiracy to violate drug laws, State Police said.
