Three students have been named Student of the Month for March at Wareham Middle School.

Bethany Alfone was named Student of the Month for the fifth grade and her teachers commended her being "an awesome student."

“Bethany is a kind, hardworking student with a great sense of humor," one teacher said. "She pays close attention in class and helps out her peers when needed. She is always smiling in class and in art club."

For the sixth grade, Sabrina Cooper was recognized by her teachers for her ambition in class.

“Sabrina is an absolute joy and pleasure to have in class. She's hardworking, kind, and polite," said one teacher. "She strives to learn new things and always tries her best. Sabrina is a perfect example of what respectful, responsible, and thoughtful looks like at Wareham Middle School.”

Last but not least, seventh grader Charlie Avila was commended for her compassion.

“Charlie is very intuitive, she can spot someone who needs help before the person knows it," one teacher said. "She is an incredible asset to the classroom.”
