Wareham Police Officers arrested a woman on Wednesday night, Feb. 26 for operating under the influence, and hitting a building with her vehicle.

Officers responded to Liquor ‘N More, 18 Tobey Road, at 5:29 p.m. for a report of a vehicle, which had struck the building twice. 

While there, officers found Kerrianne Rapozo, 39, of Wareham,  near the store in the front seat of her vehicle. 

Rapozo was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident, possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and operating under the influence, second offense. 

According to the store’s manager, Joe Bunce, damage to the building was minor, and appeared to be limited to a “chip” in the stone facade of the front side of the building.
