Harry A. Gardner, 68, of Wareham, died Sunday, December 28 at St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford.

He was the husband of Sandra Lee A. (Chepetsky) Gardner. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Harry A. and Ruth D. (Schock) Gardner.

Mr. Gardner was a U.S. Navy veteran and served during the Vietnam War. He worked for many years as an auto mechanic.

Survivors include his wife Sandra Lee Gardner of Wareham.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 6 at St. Patrick's Church, High St., Wareham at 9 a.m. Interment will follow in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. Visiting hours have been omitted.
