The Wareham Free Library now has an Early Literacy Station for children ages 2-8, and it really is AWE--some. The computer, called "AWE," contains over 4000 award-winning learning activities including math, science and nature, social studies and geography, reading, art and music, writing and computer skills, and reference.

AWE is located in the Children's Room and was purchased with funds from the A.D. Makepeace Neighborhood Fund, the Wareham Library Foundation, and the Wareham Public Schools.

Bring the kids in to give it a try during library hours: Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm.
