V. Virginia (Robbins) Mula, 92, died Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at Country Gardens Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Swansea. She was the wife of the late Antonio A. Mula.

Born in Bourne, she was the daughter of the late John D. & Bessie C. (Paine) Robbins. A resident of Onset since 1954, Mrs. Mula was a homemaker. She enjoyed the Red Sox, BINGO, bowling and gardening.

Survivors include her two sons, Antonio “Tony” A. Mula and his wife Jacqueline, of Somerset and Michael R. Mula, of Oceanside, California; her siblings, John Robbins, of Seekonk, George Robbins, of Concord, New Hampshire, Paul Robbins, of Lima, Ohio, Dennis Robbins, of Buzzards Bay, Kathy Palomba, of Lakeland, Florida, and Ann Noker, of Bonita Springs, Florida; four grandchildren, Antoinette Walsh, Vanessa Mula, Virginia Mula and Renee Gullford, and six great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sisters, the late Jeanne Jason and Shirley Bazner.

Her funeral will be held Wednesday, March 30 at the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Highway (Rt. 28), Wareham at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Center Cemetery, Wareham. Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Wednesday from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. prior to the service.
