The Vikings defeated Archbishop Williams High School in Braintree Friday night 30-27 while on the road after being bounced from the Division 3A South Section playoffs last week. In a 42-12 loss, the Vikings were defeated by East Bridgewater High School.

The No. 4 seeded Vikings, now 7-3 for the season, upset No. 3 seeded Archbishop Williams who lost a close 8-6 game against Norwell the previous week.

There’s still some football left for Wareham. On Thanksgiving, the Vikings take on rival Bourne High School at Spillane Field. Kick off is at 10 a.m.
