June E. Goodwin of West Wareham died Wednesday, Nov. 23 with her daughter by her side. She was the wife of the late Hollis T. Woodbury and Arnold C. Goodwin.

Born in Beaconsfield, Nova Scotia, she was the daughter of the late Alton and Grace (Farnsworth) Bent. June was an active member of the Bridgetown Baptist Church in Nova Scotia and was involved in many volunteer organizations. She enjoyed painting, sewing, gardening, doll making and being with her friends.

She is survived by her children; Cheryl Florindo and her husband Edmund of W. Wareham, Hollis K. Woodbury and his wife Danelle of Rexburg, Idaho and Cathie L. Lindfors of Bradley, California; her brother, Warren Bent of San Jose, California; nine grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews and seven step-children and their families. She was predeceased by her brothers, the late Murray, Milton, Owen, Kenneth, Carroll and Harley Bent; her sisters, Hester Sauter, Evelyn Hall, Grace Olive Bezanson and Ruth McDonald.

Her funeral service will be held on Sat., Nov. 26, 2016 at the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Highway (Rt. 28), Wareham at 11:30 a.m. Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery, Rochester.
