To the Editor:

I would like to send my sincere appreciation to everyone who helped make my benefit dance a huge success! Thank you to the Dudley L. Brown Onset Veterans of Foreign Wars Post for hosting this event. It is times like this that we all need to realize that the Onset Veterans of Foreign Wars Post is truly a staple in our community!

Thank you to all who made food, donated raffle prizes, worked in the kitchen, attended the door and sold raffle items and tickets.

A big thank you to the wonderful DJs who donated their time and played music all night long. DJ Davis, DJ John, DJ Frye, DJ DonDon and DJ/MC Lady K. You all did an outstanding job!

Thank you to Lady K and her committee members that included family and friends, Della S., Dee Dee T., Nita M., Cindy R., Tessy F., Naomi S., RoseMarie S., Larry S., Lisa R., Lynn S., Sandi S., Andre S., Cindy Lou S., Angela B., Bette C., Joanne B., Shikara F., Joe S., the Thatcher Family, Marie S., Rita M. and Sherri G.

I am extremely grateful and appreciative for all the cards, love, prayers and support that I have received. I am making progress and still have a long road ahead. My faith will get me and my family through this.
