The Wareham Lions Club is collecting donations of items desperately needed in North Carolina following Hurricane Helene.

A drop-off location is available at Margaret J Grassi Insurance Agency.

Items needed include baby wipes, diapers, formula, bug spray, sunscreen, contractor trash bags, toothbrushes and toothpaste, hand sanitizer and wipes, dog and cat food, non-perishable food, hair care products, work gloves, socks, feminine hygiene products, cleaning supplies, plastic sheeting, plastic utensils, manual can openers, and AA and AAA batteries.

Monetary donations can also be provided via a QR code on the attached flyer and will be used to purchase necessities.
