Lady Vikings fall to Old Rochester Regional

Wareham High School's girls varsity basketball team was defeated by Old Rochester Regional High School's Lady Bulldogs, 55-34, on Friday, Jan. 7.
The undefeated ORR girls took the lead early in the game in Mattapoisett, leaving the Lady Vikings to play catch-up. Wareham junior Amber Filkins was one of the team's lead scorers.
The loss brought Wareham's regular season record to 4-2. The Lady Vikings will next face off with Bourne High School in an away game on Tuesday, January 8, at 6:30 p.m.
