Five Wareham Gatemen were selected as some of the Cape Cod League’s best and named to the all-star game.

The following Wareham Gatemen players were named to the 2025 Cape Cod Baseball League All-Star Game:

Outfielder Colby Turner
Catcher Hunter Carns
Utility player Chase Krewson
Pitcher Kaleb Applebey
Pitcher Josh Butler

Gatemen Outfielder Easton Breyfogle was not selected to the all-star game but is participating in the home run contest Saturday, July 19 before the game.

The all-star festivities will take place Saturday, July 19, at Red Wilson Field, home of the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox at 210 Station Avenue in South Yarmouth.

A week before the game, the 10 cape league managers met to select the best 28-man rosters. The league is divided into the East and West divisions and five Gatemen were selected to the Western division’s all-star team.

Tickets for this year’s game cost $10 and are available for purchase at the Cape Cod Baseball League store, as well as onsite the day of the game.

Tickets are free for kids 12-years-old and under. Additionally, fans who purchase tickets in advance online will receive a commemorative ticket on game day, while supplies last.
