Identify invasive species with the Wareham Land Trust

Hit the trails with the Wareham Land Trust to learn about the invasive plants harming the local ecosystem.

In a walk through the Redbrook Trail Network, Sunday, Oct. 12 from 10 to 11 a.m., land trust volunteer Justin Cifello will educate attendees on the invasive plants in the area, their harmful effects and how to identify them.

The land trust asks attendees to bring water and dress appropriately for the weather. Parking will be available at the Lyman Reserve Parking Lot at Head of the Bay Road and Red Brook Road.
